Our C1 course includes new programmes: Friends’ Talk – a group of English-speaking friends discussing the topic of each unit over coffee, On the News – real news clips from English-speaking countries and Extended Interviews which provides more in-depth talk with people from the documentaries. There are also real audios in the listening section, taken from the news, radio shows and interviews.
According to the CEFR a C1 student can:
- Understand a wide range of demanding, longer texts and recognise implicit meaning.
- Express himself/herself fluently and spontaneously without much obvious searching for expressions.
- Use language flexibly and effectively for social, academic and professional purposes.
- Produce clear, well-structured, detailed text on complex subjects, showing controlled use of organisational patterns, connectors and cohesive devices.
